Absolutely. You simply have to hire someone to maintain and/or market your company, so that you can focus on other initiatives. You can’t market AND maintain your property; it’s just too much work!

Excellent article on describing the potential pitfalls for the “doing it yourself investor”. Needless to say investing in small homes and units are a low risk way of building a portfolio homes for future income and equity growth.
